• 创建PAT令牌 Settings/Developer Settings/Fine-grained personal access tokens/Generate new token 设置权限 赋予私有仓库(github_blog) Repository access

• 转到 https://github.com/kpa32/kpa32.github.io 博客仓库页面 Settings->Secrets and variables->Actions>Secrets 填写 MYPAT

• action推送失败是没有读写权限 Settings->Actions->General->Workflow permissions 设置成 Read repository contents and packages permissions 并保存
